Join us for our Chapter Holiday Party and Board Installation—a festive evening to celebrate the season and welcome
our new board members for the upcoming year! This event is the perfect opportunity to relax, enjoy good food and
company, and recognize the dedication of our chapter leaders. The evening will include a formal installation of the
2025 board, along with plenty of holiday cheer, networking, and fun. Don’t miss this special occasion to connect,
celebrate, and toast to the year ahead!

 

Chapter Meeting Sponsorship Levels

Sponsoring Chapter meetings provides a valuable opportunity to support the Northwest Florida Chapter of NARPM® and connect with members, guests, and other property management professionals. Held throughout the year, our Chapter meetings feature a range of topics aimed at informing, educating, and
training local property managers, Realtors, and investors. The Spotlight Sponsorship is essential to making these monthly events possible, helping to cover speaker fees, venue costs, marketing expenses, and meals when applicable, while also reducing ticket prices for our members.

 

Premium Spotlight Sponsorship – $300 per event (limit of 3 per event)

This sponsorship includes:

• Branding on all marketing and advertising for the event, including social media postings.
• Free attendance at sponsored meetings.
• Be a greeter at registration table for Luncheon meetings
• Opportunity to speak for 5 minutes at an event about your company and services and distribute marketing materials.
• Opportunity to provide Trade tip of the Week on Chapter Facebook page – average engagement of 100 per post during the month of the sponsored event.

 

Standard Sponsorship – $200.00 per event

This sponsorship includes:

• Branding on all marketing and advertising for the event, including social media postings.
• Free attendance at sponsored meetings.
• Highlight and introduction at sponsored meeting.
• Promotional material included with food service.

To Qualify for event Sponsorship:

1. Affiliate Membership Dues: To qualify for sponsorship opportunities, you must be a paid affiliate member.
2. Good Standing: The member must be in good standing with the chapter, likely meaning their membership must be active, and all dues or obligations are met.
3. First-Come, First-Served: Sponsorship opportunities are limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, encouraging members to act quickly.
4. Meeting Sponsorships: These opportunities become available now during the application process.
