Military Housing Presentation and Q&A – Attract and Maintain Good Relationships with Military Tenants! 

Join us on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Pensacola Association of Realtors as we welcome Dee Henderson from Military Housing for March’s Lunch & Learn. This a jam packed presentation that will address the following:

-Overview of how and why Military Housing Office works with service members regarding off-base housing

– How to advertise rental vacancies with Military Housing Office and what inspections are needed

– Procedures for filing a complaint against a tenant that is an active-duty service member that is violating their lease or not paying rent

-Common complaints from service members regarding their landlords

-Trends that the military housing office is seeing regarding incoming service member numbers and their needs for off-base housing

When: Tuesday, March 18, 2020 

Networking and check in from 11 – 11:30 with the formal program beginning at 11:30 a.m.
